Welcome to Evening kids ministry for children aged 3 to 12 years old.
Carefully read through the below information to ensure that you and your child gain the most out of your experiece at CityHill Kids!
1. Our Programme:
We provide an action packed programme with age-specific ministry for your child! Please see details of the full Evening Kids programme below.
|17:45 – 18:10||Drop off time in classrooms where there is an arrival activity, toys and playdough|
|18:10 – 18:15||Toilet time & Tidy up time|
|18:15 – 18:25||Large group time which includes age appropriate Praise and worship, offering & birthdays|
|18:25 – 18:45||Outside play on the jungle gym, bikes, and in the sand pit under floodlights|
|18:45 – 19:05||Small group time: Snack time, Bible story or object lesson, prayer time, and memory verse challenge|
|19:05 – 19:10||Craft activity or game to reinforce lesson|
|19:10 – 19:15||Tidy up time|
|19:15 – 19:30||Pick up time from classrooms|
2. When to Arrive:
We encourage you to register your child at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the service. This allows sufficient time for our Check in process. Children can be dropped off in our All Stars venue between 5:45 and 6:10 pm.
3. Registration process:
At CityHill Kids, the safety and security of your child is of utmost importance. As such, you and your child will receive identification stickers upon registration prior to the start of the service. When collecting your child after the service, your sticker needs to e presented to gain access to your child’s venue. This allows us to ensure that the child goes home with the correct parent.
4. What we provide:
Children are given a small snack usually a Marie biscuit and water.
5. What to bring:
We would love each child to bring along a bible, and we do encourage children to tithe in the form of small amounts of cash. Please do not send toys, food or valuable items as these distract the children and can be misplaced or broken. Children are welcome to come in their pyjamas but please note that we do spend some time out on the jungle gyms on nice evenings.
6. Sick Children:
We ask you to be considerate to all other children and their parents and keep your child at home until they have fully recovered!
7. Your Contact Details:
Please ensure that we have your up-to-date contact information at all times. Information can be updated at the kids registration desk in the CityHIll kids foyer. Should your child have any allergies, medical conditions or learning disorders, that we need to be aware of, please be sure to keep this information up to date as well, at the registration points.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PARENTS TO NOTE:
1. Children must be collected within 10 minutes after the close of the service.
2. CityHill Kids does not administer medicine of any kind to any child.
3. Please note that the toilets in the CityHill Kids building are strictly for children only. Adults are to please make use of the toilets in the main auditorium building. This is for the safety of our children.
