AS A PARENT OR GUARDIAN DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONSENT OR INDEMNITY FORM?

Yes, you will be required to do that when buying a ticket. This will happen on the Quicket page where registration will be deemed as consent for your child attending the conference.

I BOUGHT A TICKET BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND. CAN I GET A REFUND?

We’re sorry you won’t be able to join us! Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund, but we do have a suggestion… Why not gift your ticket to a friend? That way, someone can enjoy the event in your place.

ARE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

Your ticket includes supper on Friday evening.
Refreshments and food will also be on sale throughout the conference, so you can grab something if you’re hungry or a treat whenever you need a pick-me-up.

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?

We’re still working behind the scenes to finalise the programme, but we guarantee that there is something for everyone! Details of our speakers will be released closer to the time.

Conference Times:

  • Day 1 | Thursday 25 June – Registration : 16h00 – 18h30
    • Conference time: 18h30 – 21h00
  • Day 2 | Friday 26 June – Registration: 12h00-14h00
    • Conference time: 14h00 – 21h30
  • Day 3 | Saturday 27 June : 08h00 – 13h00

CAN I COME FOR ONE DAY?

Yes, you can come for one day. When booking the ticket be sure to select the day that you would like to attend.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

There will be a host of different elements that will take place throughout the conference. Preaches, worship, interviews and tons of fun activities will be included in every day at the conference. You can be assured that it will be an incredible time

DO YOU CATER TO SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

While we’d love to accommodate everyone, we’re unfortunately unable to meet all dietary needs expect for vegetarians. If you are a vegetarian, please ensure you indicate that when buying a ticket. If you have specific requirements or restrictions, we recommend bringing a meal that works best for you—we want to make sure you’re comfortable and able to enjoy the conference fully.

WHAT’S THE CHECK IN PROCESS?

  • Check-in opens two hours (16h00) before the conference starts on day 1 and 12h00 on day 2.
  • Bring your ticket to the conference (have it VISIBLE on your SMARTPHONE OR please print out the ticket that was emailed to you by Quicket)
  • Swop your ticket for a wristband at the registration area

WILL MY CHILD BE SAFE?

The safety and wellbeing of every young person at our conference is our highest priority. All volunteers involved are responsible adults, many of whom are parents themselves, and our staff team consists of experienced, carefully selected adults. We take every reasonable precaution to create a secure and supportive environment, including appropriate supervision, clear safeguarding protocols, and structured activities. You can be confident that your child will be cared for in a safe, respectful, and well-managed setting at all times.

DO YOU NEED ACCOMODATION?

For those that live outside Durban and are planning on travelling to the conference we can help in sourcing accommodation. This will be in the form of hosting within close proximity to the conference venue. If this is something you need assistance with please contact amplified@cityhill.co.za
