Welcome to our exciting All Stars Zone for children aged 3 – 5 Years Old

Carefully read through the below information to ensure that you and your child gain the most out of your experience at CityHill Kids!

1. Our Programme:

We provide an action-packed programme with an age-specific ministry for your child! Please see details of the full All Stars programme below.

Time allocation Activity
08:45-09:15 Drop off time in classrooms where there is an arrival activity, toys and playdough
09:15-09:20 Toilet time
09:20-09:45 Large group time which includes age appropriate Praise and worship, a short teaching, offering & birthdays
09:45-10:05 Outside play on the jungle gym, bikes, in the sand pit and sensory trays
10:05-10:25 Small group time:  Snack time, Bible story, prayer time, memory verse, craft/game activity
10:25 Tidy up time
10:30 Pick up time from classrooms

 

 

 

2. When to Arrive:

We encourage you to register your child at least 20 minutes before the start of the service to allow sufficient time for registration and to settle them into their class before you leave.

3. Registration process:

At CityHill Kids, the safety and security of your child is of utmost importance. As such, you and your child will receive identification stickers upon registration prior to the start of the service. When collecting your child after the service, your sticker needs to be presented to gain access to your child’s venue. This allows us to ensure that the child goes home with the correct parent

4. Communication:

Should your child not settle, become ill, or have any other issue that we need you to attend to, we will contact you via sms. Please come as quickly as possible to your child’s class with your identification sticker to attend to the matter at hand. To ensure that we can reach you, please have your phone on silent but still on vibrate, and be sure to sit on the CityHill Kids side of the auditorium where the signal is better.

5. What we provide:

Children are given a small snack of a Marie biscuit and water.

6. What to Bring:

Any items that you feel would be needed by your child must be clearly marked with your child’s name & surname. Please do not send toys, food or valuable items as these distract the children and can be misplaced or broken.

7. Sick Children:

We ask you to be considerate to all other children and their parents and keep your child at home until they have fully recovered!

8. Your Contact Details:

Please ensure that we have your up-to-date contact information at all times. Information can be updated at the kids’ registration desk in the CityHill Kids foyer. Should your child have any allergies or medical conditions that we need to be aware of, please be sure to keep this information up to date as well, at the registration points.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PARENTS TO NOTE:

  1. Children must be collected within 10 minutes after the close of the service.
  2. CityHill Kids does not administer medicine of any kind to any child.
  3. CityHill Kids volunteers do not change your children’s nappies. We will call you out of the service if necessary.
  4. Please note that toilets in the CityHill Kids building are strictly for children only. Adults are to please make use of the toilets in the main auditorium building. This is for the safety of our children.
