Welcome to our exciting All Stars Zone for children aged 3 Years to Grade R!

Carefully read through the below information to ensure that you and your child gain the most out of your experience at CityHill Kids!

1. Our Programme:

We provide an action packed programme with age specific ministry for your child! Please see details of the full All Stars programme below.

2. When to Arrive:

We encourage you to register your child at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the service. This allows sufficient time for registration and to settle them into their class before you leave.


3. Registration process:

At CityHill Kids, the safety and security of your child is of utmost importance. As such, you and your child will receive identification stickers upon registration prior to the start of the service. When collecting your child after the service, your sticker needs to be presented to gain access to your child’s venue. This allows us to ensure that the child goes home with the correct parent.

4. Pager System:

As an added benefit of having a child in this age group, You may choose to make use of our pager system that is available upon registration. The pager is carried by the parent i.e. clipped onto a belt or placed in a pocket. The pager number will be recorded on the child’s name tag sticker. We will buzz you if this is needed. Should your child not settle, become ill, or have any other issue that we need you to attend to, we will contact you via our pager system. Please come as quickly as possible to your child’s class with your identification sticker to attend to the matter at hand.


5. What we provide:

Children are given a small snack or a Marie biscuit and water.


6. What to Bring:

Any items that you feel would be needed by your child must be clearly marked with your child’s name & surname. Please do not send toys, food or valuable items as these distract the children and can be misplaced or broken.

7. Sick Children:

We ask you to be considerate to all other children and their parents and keep your child at home until they have fully recovered!


8. Your Contact Details:

Please ensure that we have your up-to-date contact information at all times. Information can be updated at the kids registration desk in the CityHill Kids foyer. Should your child have any allergies or medical conditions that we need to be aware of, please be sure to keep this information up to date as well, at the registration points.



  1. Children must be collected within 10 minutes after the close of the service.
  2. CityHill Kids does not administer medicine of any kind to any child.
  3. CityHill Kids volunteers do not change your children’s nappies. We will call you out of the service if necessary.
  4. Please note that toilets in the CityHill Kids building are strictly for children only. Adults are to please make use of the toilets in the main auditorium building. This is for the safety of our children
